Jeez, guy, I repeat: Unless no one cares whether you live, die, or need help taking a whiz, buy and religiously wear body (and head and face) armor. It will help, not hurt, your sports by boosting your confidence; will boost your playtime for obvious reasons; and just may save your life some day, as it probably has mine. |

I don’t think I have brittle bones, but I am pretty sure my waist harness just cracked a rib! Maybe high wind and a bit bumpy. Who knows. Thing never really was comfortable with a lot of pressure on the sides when hooked in, but it is getting long in the tooth.
I can try to go to a seat harness for a few weeks, but I hate these things. They make me feel like I am being catapulted forward….hook is just too low.
Which brings me to my main question. Time for an upgraded waist harness for the gorge. Any recommendations on a new waist harness that does a nice job of distributing the load so one does not feel that side pinch? |
