Does anybody know of a waist to chest deep bay with good windsurfing in the Greek Islands? I'm thinking of a place like South Padre Island, TX or the Canadian Hole on the Outer Banks. And ideally, it would have a 6 month season.

Keros Bay, on the island of Limnos

There are two windsurf rental operations, what looks like a nice hotel, and a place that is more like camping.

This is one of the windsurf rental places,
https://www.surfclubkeros.com/

and this is the hotel
http://kerosblue.com/

I didn't end up going there, but learned about it while looking into a trip i took to greece last summer. Limnos is not a well known windsurfing or kitesurfing destination in greece. it may not get quite as strong a metelmi wind as some of the more well known places - but the metelmi can blow 25-30kts for days on end.., so maybe that's okay...

The other thing about Keros that might be good for you is that the wind is side on to the bay. quite a few of the better known windsurf locations in greece have side-off, or offshore winds. it can be gusty close to shore.

I ended up going to Karpathos to windsurf, which is also a bit of the beaten track.., and not that easy to get to. The reason I went to Karpathos, was that i went in late august-early september, and the metelmi is less consistent in most locations at that time, than say in the mid summer. The stats showed that Karpathos had the most reliable wind for the time of my trip.., and it was mostly quite windy - i sailed one day on a 3.7...

I went to the Club Ion windsurf center at karpathos - the gear and service was excellent.

They have two launch locations, and one of them is a shallow safe bay, but it's not that big, and is more suited to kids and beginners. the launch for better sailors is into deep water with side-off winds.

i also spent a few days visiting a friend in mykonos - i windsurfed and he kited. it was also very windy.

let me know if you want more info - greece is a great place, with many windsurfing options

Thanks to jfeehan for excellent info on Keros Bay. I think it is a little late for this year, but it looks good for future trips.

Yes indeed, windsurfing in Greece is great, so I chose this hotel for my trip, the services are very professional and convenient.

It was a perfect vacation, everything was thought of. In Greece, I noticed that the surfboards were perfectly matched with carbon fiber.
They're lighter and more durable. It's really incredible...
I have discussed this with many people and I was told that they buy the raw material cheaply from Turkey and apply it to surfboards.
These products are expensive in America, so I am thinking of bringing carbon fiber and applying it here.
This is the company and products I will supply: https://forexyapi.com/karbon-elyaf-urunleri/
After bringing these products I will need an application company if you have any suggestions please share with me
